Using Sacchi

Sacchi is a review-collection service for Shopify brands. By connecting your store, you agree to use it only for orders you're authorized to message customers about, and in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

What you're responsible for

• Keeping your Shopify and WhatsApp credentials secure.
• Message costs charged by Meta for the WhatsApp templates you send — billed to you at cost, with no markup from us.
• Obtaining any consent your local law requires before messaging a customer, beyond what Sacchi logs automatically.

What we're responsible for

• Operating the review-collection pipeline in good faith, with reasonable uptime.
• Not publishing a review without a completed verification step tied to a real order.
• Giving you a private window to resolve a negative review before it can be published.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time; your existing published reviews remain live on your store unless you request otherwise.
