What we collect

• Order and contact details a brand shares with us via their Shopify store (name, phone number, order history).
• WhatsApp messages sent to a brand's Sacchi-connected number: voice notes, text, and images sent in reply to a review request.
• Usage and delivery metadata for the messages we send (delivered/read status, timestamps).

Why we collect it

We use this data solely to generate and publish verified product reviews on behalf of the brand whose product you bought, and to let that brand respond to you privately if something went wrong.

Who sees it

• The brand you bought from sees your review, your order context, and your reply thread.
• Sacchi's systems process your voice note to extract a structured review; a human may review flagged content for quality/authenticity checks.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your choices

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future review requests — this is immediate and logged.
• You can ask a brand (or us) to remove a published review tied to your order.

Retention

We retain review and order data for as long as the brand's account is active, or as required by applicable law.
