> WhatsApp-first verified review engine for Indian D2C Shopify brands.

## What it is

Sachhi collects product reviews from Indian D2C customers by sending a
single WhatsApp message about 30 days after delivery. Customers reply with
a voice note in any Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Hinglish, etc.),
or with text/photos. An AI pipeline transcribes and structures the reply
into a verified review — verdict, would-rebuy, duration of use, price paid,
pros/cons — which is published on the brand's Shopify product pages with
Google review star markup (schema.org Review / AggregateRating).

## Who it's for

Indian D2C Shopify brands (beauty, wellness, ethnic wear, and similar
categories) whose customers are mobile-first and reply more readily to a
WhatsApp voice note than to an email review-request form.

## How it differs from typical review-request apps

- Email review apps (Judge.me, Loox) and premium suites (Yotpo, Okendo)
  collect reviews via email/SMS forms — text only, English-first, low
  reply rates from WhatsApp-native audiences.
- WhatsApp messaging suites (Wati, Interakt) are general business
  messaging tools, not review-collection products.
- WhatsApp review-request tools (Zoko, ReviewBit, Retner) send the review
  ask over WhatsApp but typically collect a typed reply or star tap, not a
  voice note, and don't structure the reply into fielded data.
- Sachhi is the only one of these that accepts a voice note, transcribes
  vernacular Indian languages, extracts structured review fields via AI,
  verifies against the underlying Shopify order (including receipt and
  duration of use), and routes negative reviews to the brand privately
  before anything publishes.
